A total of 180 Assembly constituencies in the state of Haryana (90 seats) and the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir (90 seats) are going to the polls from September 18 to October 5, 2024. Voting in Jammu & Kashmir will take place in three phases and it is a single-phase poll for Haryana. The counting of votes will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. This is the first Assembly election in Jammu & Kashmir following the abrogation of Article 370 and the bifurcation of the state.
